Wimborne Wesleyan Methodist chapel 1820

The first purpose-built Wesleyan church in Wimborne was an 1820 brick building next to the White Hart pub in West Row.  The chapel was remodelled in 1846 and was later used by the Salvation Army. It became a Masonic Hall in 1868, which is when the Wesleyans opened a replacement chapel in King Street.

Previously the society had met in a house in West Borough.

Street Map in 2016 shows it still in use as Wimborne Masonic Hall.
