Belchalwell Wesleyan Methodist chapel

The former chapel is used as an office  by its neighbour who restored it when derelict.  The owner reports that it is on what was ‘technically’ the village green and behind it was the village pound. He said he’d been told it was built by a group who fell out with the rector in the 19th century.

The chapel is actually in Belchalwell Street.  Coming from the south along Bullbarrow  Road it’s on the left just opposite the lane.
