Services are still held at this chapel and it is currently part of the Dorset South and West Circuit.
In Dorset Life Magazine Sept 2020 page 3, in an article by the late Rodney Legg which was posthumously published, he says that a letter from George Romaine* to George Loveless – the leader of the Tolpuddle martyrs – described the formation of a branch ‘union’ of the Tolpuddle society at Bere Heath chapel in February 1834. *Presumably the person listed as one of the original trustees of the chapel in https://bereregis.org/bere-heath-methodist-chapel.htm
Dorset History Centre has records at D-SLI/164/11, D-SLI/185/5, NM-2/C/1/TS/4/2, NM-2/S/2, and NM-2/C/1/TS/4/2
