Troed y Rhiw Sibon, Bethel Chapel, Ceredigion

There was a Bethel Wesleyan Methodist Chapel at Troed Rhiw Sibon in Ceredigion, NGR is SN 7213 7824. My notes state the tiny stone built chapel has a foundation stone simply stating Bethel 1872. Google Street view suggests the building is in a very good state of repair but I am unclear if it is still in use and though it has some attached ground I was unclear without a visit if this was a graveyard.
