This building was erected by a congregation of Huguenots in 1743/4. The architect was probably Thomas Stibbs. In 1817 it became a Wesleyan Chapel and remained in Methodist use until 1897. From then until 1975 it was used as a synagogue. It is now a Mosque. It is situated on the corner of Brick Lane and Fournier Street.
