The Wesleyan Chapel in Wylam was originally built in 1834. Later in 1875, a new chapel was built and the original one was converted into a school room. It wasn’t until the 1980’s that major changes were made to the building and the pews were removed and the old school room was connected to the church, the completion was made in 1990.
