Scotholme Mission in Fisher Street, New Basford, Nottingham was active from 1884 to 1937. It is not listed in the Statistical Returns of Methodist Buildings published in 1940.
The ‘token’ is inscribed:
WESLEYAN MISSION

Can anybody suggest why it was awarded and when?
Thanks to John Boardman of Whitmore Coins, Tokens and Medallions for permission to use his photograph.
