Coventry Wesleyan Central Hall was built in 1931. In 1941 the premises consisted of a chapel which seated 1379 on chairs, four school halls, and nineteen other rooms. By 1970 it was reported that the chapel capacity had risen to 1400. The halls seated 462 and eight of the other rooms were classrooms. The building is now promoted as “a community space” and there is a good range of pictures of the interior in this capacity on its website but does anyone have pictures of the interior in earlier years?
