Long Compton Wesleyan Methodist Chapel

Martin Hannant tells us: “There were Wesleyan and  Primitive Methodist Chapels in the village; the Wesleyan Chapel was built in 1807 and was apparently the oldest in the West Oxfordshire circuit.  The last trustees’ meeting was held on 22 June 1993. “

The chapel was in Butler’s Lane. Street View in 2009 shows a poster for the Harvest Festival on the noticeboard.
