Loughborough Circuit: The Lord's Day plan of the Wesleyan Itinerant and Local preachers 1830

The Lord's Day plan of the Wesleyan Itinerant and Local Preachers in the Loughborough Circuit 1830

This plan covers the period 16 April to 29 August 1830 and shows the wide extent of the Circuit in 1830. The chapels around Castle Donington are still included.

What is particularly interesting is the list of seven places where preaching in the open air was planned. One is Normanton on Soar, where theĀ first chapel was not built until 1832. The other six are within the town or close by.
