Swannington Main Street Wesleyan Methodist Chapel was probably built of brick between 1901 and 1911. It seated for 212 persons in pews. In 1940 the accommodation consisted of a chapel (36 feet by 24 feet). a school hall (24 feet by 21 feet), and two other rooms.
