Old Dalby Wesleyan Methodist Chapel (i), Leicestershire

Old Dalby Wesleyan Methodist Chapel was built in 1805/6 In 1851 it provided 60 free and 40 other sittings.  By 1860 the cost of the original building and subsequent extensions and alterations was unknown. In 1873 the chapel provided seating for 97 persons but this figure had fallen to 72 by 1901. The chapel probably closed in the following year when the new chapel opened.
The chapel stood on a landlocked site between The Green and Debdale Hilland was reached by means of a footpath between the two streets (grid ref SK674238)
