Membership tickets from 1860 and 1871
and 'on trial' ticket from 1859
These tickets belonged to my great-grandparents, Daniel and Eliza Goose who lived in the Spalding and Horncastle Circuits.
Daniel appears on the Spalding Circuit Plan for 1864 as an exhorter (see link)
Would the ‘on trial’ ticket relate to Daniel becoming an exhorter?
He was a butcher and grazier and as far as I know was never ordained in any way.
