Rev F. C. Young

Hong Kong and Quebec (Co. Durham)

I have a photograph of "Rev. F. C. Young and his Son of Hong Kong". It was made into a postcard and my copy was posted from Walthamstow to the village of Quebec (County Durham) in July 1930. The message says, "Tell Mark Golightly, D.V. I will conduct the evening service at my dear old Church at Quebec, on Sunday Aug 3rd," and is signed simply Willie. The postcard was given to me because my family were Wesleyans in Quebec in the 1870s, but I have an idea the Golightly family were Primitive. I know nothing else about Rev. F. C. Young.

I should be happy to pass this photograph on to any relative or descendant of F C Young, and I may be contacted on email at
